A library project which called Whistler Public Library is completed designed by the Hughes Condon Marler Architects in BC, Canada. The design is intents for the library is to create a crafted response to site conditions and the imperatives of the alpine architecture by using the local materials, contemporary wood detailing and a building response, it is to improve the energy efficiency, which is often characterized by overly expressed connection details and faux alpine pastiche reinterpreting the existing Whistler architecture.
